This tour features a brief walk in the vineyards, a guided tour of the winery,
and of ageing cellar where you will enjoy an illustrated explanation of how
Umberto Cesari wine is made. You will then enjoy a tasting of four wines in the
- Moma Bianco Rubicone IGT (Trebbiano and Chardonnay) paired with very
thinly slices La Favoloso di Palmieri mortadella, served with Squacquerone di
Romagna DOP cheese and classic white bread.
- Moma Rosso Rubicone IGT (Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon) paired with
Passita rustica sausage and warm piadina bread (traditional wrap bread).
- Laurento Romagna DOC Sangiovese Riserva paired with a potato and
Parmigiano Reggiano flan.
- Yemula Rubicone IGT (Sangiovese and Merlot) paired with Parmigiano
Reggiano (aged 24 months) and Bio Hombre (aged over 30 months) cheeses
and served with our Balsamic Vinegar (Aceto Balsamico di Moden IGP).
