Visit to the barrel room and guided tasting of 3 100% Sangiovese wines paired with typical local specialties.

You will taste:

  • Cà Grande Romagna DOC Sangiovese Superiore paired with Mortadella La Favolosa Palmieri cut into thin slices and served with five-grain bread

  • Laurento Romagna DOC Sangiovese Riserva paired with venison salami from Sant’Uberto served with fresh local blueberries and streghette bread with flaxseed.
  • Resultum Sangiovese Rubicone IGT paired with organic Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Hombre (aged for 36 months), drizzled with our Balsamic Vinegar (Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP) eucalyptus honey from Cazzola and wholemeal black bread.
