Visit to the aging cellar followed by a guided tasting of 4 different expressions of Sangiovese:

  • Costa di Rose Rosé paired with salty macarons, goat creamy cheese, Cantabrian anchovies, citrus honey and fresh raspberries.
  • Cà Grande paired with Palmieri’s Mortadella La Favolosa served with five-cereals bread.
  • Laurento paired with Sant’Uberto’s venison salami, fresh blueberries and flaxseed Streghette (crunchy bread).
  • Resultum paired with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged over 30 months, Modena IGP balsamic vinegar drops, Cazzola Farm’s eucalyptus honey and whole wheat dark bread.
