Visit to the vineyards, the winemaking area and the barrel cellar, followed by a tasting of wines from our crus.

You will taste:

  • Liano Bianco Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc Rubicone IGT paired with Mortadella La Favolosa Palmieri served with five-grain bread, gourmet walnuts from Mister Nut and fresh ricotta from Antica Cascina.
  • Liano Sangiovese Cabernet Sauvignon Rubicone IGT paired with a warm potato flan served with pumpkin and white truffle sauce from Bernardini Tartufi and thinly sliced pancetta from Golinelli.
  • Solo Rosso Rubicone IGT paired with gorgonzola DOP and mascarpone quenelle, fresh local blackberries and edible flowers. Laurento paired with traditional lasagna Bolognese verde.
  • Resultum Sangiovese Rubicone IGT paired with wild boar salami from Sant’Uberto with streghette bread with flaxseed and caramelized figs. Tauleto paired with “TentazionidelFrate” pecorino cheese from Antica Cascina, con amarene brusche di Modena jam and rubatà breadsticks from D. Barbero
  • Barrel tasting in Bottaia (blind tasting of one of our barrels)
  • Colle del Re Passito Romagna DOCG Albana and a surprise pairing.
